Your portal to the 21st Century:
Main Room 2000 zero zero

ectomorph live
Ann Arbor / Interdimensional Transmissions, Star 67
The robots have come to 'destroy your powercenters'. You have been warned! ectomorph exists as an amplified id who conjures up pure forms of electronic robo-funk known as abstract booty and/or intelligent bass that stimulates your mind and body. This unique live show of Brendan M Gillen accompanied by a keyboard player and a turntablist creates structure and improvisation that has been described as pure voodoo wickedness.

dj Godfather
Detroit / Twilight 76, Databass Records
As a key player in the industry, Godfather has helped bring the styles of ghetto-tech and electro to their current prominence. With inspirations like Juan Atkins and Miami's Luke, his abilities as a producer can be heard on over forty some releases. Behind the 1200's he's a turntable wizard who has been around the world and on NYE dj Godfather is gonna 'rock the bells'.

Adonis live
Chicago / Trax, Jive
With every major event we reach into a bag of old school tricks. For NYE we rolled up our sleeves and presto...out came Adonis. The apex of all house basslines is the line in his 1986 classic "No Way Back". This track is acknowledged as one that defines us as a generation spawned and inter-connected by bass. Adonis is also credited with numerous Acid House releases all displaying that memorable sense of bass-as-melody. Let the history lesson begin with this ultra rare live performance.

Mateo & Matos
New York / Glasgow Underground, Henry Street, Nervous, King Street
Since the early 90's this pair has produced numerous inspirational, instrumental house cuts for a host of NYC labels. Their soulful cut-up signature is definable by their abundant abuse of discophonic loops and boogie basslines. They have also been known to move toward deeper, jazz/Latin/funk-inflected grooves. In the event's morning hours you will get a special two hour tag team dj set.

Calyx
South London / UK Moving Shadow, Audio Culture, Rugged Vinyl
A dark vision of the future is spelled out as swirling bass and hardstep build into twisted funk. Coming from jazz-funk backgrounds, the Calyx style draws from diverse musical genres while maintaining the common theme of dancefloor beats and basslines. This duo of accomplished musicians has earned high acclaim in the drum and bass arena including being voted best newcomer of 1998.

dj Radium aka Micropoint
Paris, France / Dead End, Beast, Epiteth, Brutal Chud, Headfuck
A Drop Bass event without hardcore? Yeah, right! One of the more prolific producers on the scene at the moment comes over for his first U.S. appearance. Radium is half of the Micropoint duo who is well known for their Parisian/Teknival style of relentless pounding beats. Among the inner circles of the hardcore fraternity he is respected as one the best mixers and hardest dj's in Europe.

Terminus
Los Angeles / Biohazard
One of the more exciting dj's to come out of the LA scene, who's style pumps pure adrenaline into a crowd. He plays everything from progressive/acid trance to the psychedelic swirls of Goa (usually at a desert party). The Biohazard tradition of excellence continues.

millennial countdown with the
All Time High experience
featuring Dr. Lovestar and Mr. Paradise
St. Louis / Superstars of Love

When the clock strikes midnight and the outside world looses control you'll be tucked away safely indoors...or will you be? Enter the sex-drugs-rock'n'roll freakstravaganza of All Time High. What better way to start the 21st Century than with this road trippin' side show crew? A dj, a musician/mc, exotic dancers, actors, artists, and general chaos! "You are not you - you are a superstar."

Justin Long
Chicago / I.H.R., Gramaphone, Teamsters
He's becoming a regular with us and for good reason...he rocks the box every time. A consistent crowd pleaser with trademark moves, ultra solid skills, and just the trax you want/need to hear. What more can be said?

Ry-n

Tron
Chicago / Junior High, Blood N' Guts, Headfuck, Brutal Chud
Comeback shmumback, he's been here the whole time. Tron is an original Midwest dj/producer who is looked at as an innovator that continues to expand and evolve hardcore with his symphonies of terror. This will be one of his first appearances from the depths of hell in quite some time.

dj Nikadeemas
New York / Syntax
As a buyer for Syntax Distribution, Nikadeemas is the U.S. hardcore Don. He controls the flow of all the great underground European music everyone else is afraid to touch. If it weren't for him we'd all likely be buying either shit music or no music at all. As a dj he can do just about anything...he has all of the records!

I-Sound
New York / Ambush UK, Soundlab
As a dj, improviser, and electronic composer I-Sound balances uncompromising experimentalism with doses of populism bridging the gap between chaos and structure. His dj mix of Musique Concrete, breakbeats, and power electronics is fascinatingly done by merging hip hop turntablism with unorthodox techniques.

Eye-D
Amsterdam, Netherlands / Ghetto Safari, Kultbox, Def Wish, Mokum
It seems like Eye-D's vacations from the land of wooden shoes always fall around our events, and that's ok with us. Since he produces and spins both drum 'n' bass and hardcore he's always welcomed in the Midwest.
